John McAvoy - Crime to Elite Sport

John McAvoy (@johnmcavoy2) was brought up in London in a family with a big reputation in criminal circles. He first went to jail in his teens. It was while serving a long stretch for conspiracy to commit armed robbery that John discovered that he had a surprising talent - and it set him on a radically different course.

This is an amazing story and I hope that our assessments and input at Peak Dynamics will enable him to achieve his ambitions on his journey to be a champion Ironman athlete.

His book on his transition from armed robber to elite athlete is out in October.
