This is a video of the SPEAR17 training for their marathon 1,100 mile crossing of Antarctica in November.
I ran a workshop with them on:
- identifying their blind spots of the team. In fact, this was the strongest team we have ever assessed.
- we saw a 35% improvement in the quality of the team decisions over all their individual decisions.
- we analysed how they work together to achieve a decision or solution with regards to their behaviour traits and mapped that out so they could work on a number of areas.
- we assessed their resilience to see how they will cope with stress and provide a number of solutions to help them.
